PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive snow melting apparatus for a parabolic antenna capable of expecting a snow melting effect over an entire antenna reflector at low power. SOLUTION: The snow melting apparatus for the parabolic antenna includes a plurality of heating parts 1 and 2, a coaxial separator 3, a temperature switch 4 and an intermittent switch 5. The heating parts 1 and 2 are attached to the back surface of the antenna reflector 6, and the coaxial separator 3 distributes power which is sent from a power source 7 to an LNB 8 and the respective heating parts 1 and 2. The temperature switch 4 is switched on/off when an outdoor temperature becomes 2°C or lower, and the intermittent switch 5 is alternately switched on/off to one heating part 1 and the other heating part 2 attached to the back surface of the antenna reflector 6.
