PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a copolyester fiber fabric little giving a wet feeling and having excellent dye fastness, to provide a copolyester fiber fabric obtained by the method, and to provide a fiber product. SOLUTION: This method for producing the copolyester fiber fabric, includes using copolyester fibers to obtain a fabric, applying a dyeing processing treatment to the fabric, and adhering a water-repelling agent to the dyed fabric, and also using specific copolyester fibers as the copolyester fibers and using a cationic dye, when dyeing.
