<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head capable of absorbing sufficiently pressure fluctuation propagated in a reservoir, and capable of securing delivery stability, and a liquid injection device equipped therewith. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A recording head 2 includes a flow channel forming substrate 15 formed with a groove part serving as a pressure generation chamber 19 communicated with a nozzle opening 18, a vibration plate 23 of at least one part of a bottom part of the groove part for transmitting vibration generated by driving a pressure generation source 26, a groove part serving as a common ink chamber 20 communicated with the pressure generation chamber via an ink supply port 21, and an ink introducing port 22 opened to a bottom part 20a of the groove part to introduce ink into the common ink chamber, and an electrode substrate 17 formed with an ink introducing port 27 layered onto the flow channel forming substrate and communicated with the ink introducing port to supply the ink to a common ink chamber side, and an individual electrode 25 of the pressure generation source, and a space 31 is formed between the flow channel forming substrate and the electrode substrate, by providing the first thin-walled part 30 in an area opposed to the common ink chamber, in the flow channel forming substrate.
