PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing tool for an osteosynthesis plate, capable of easily processing the osteosynthesis plate. SOLUTION: The processing tool 10 includes a processing part 12 and an operating part 14. The processing part 12 is composed of a socket part 16 and a presser part 18. A second processing part 30 is configured to flush a side surface 34 of the socket part 16 with a side surface 36 of the presser part 18 on the same plane, and the bottom of a recess 38 is flushed with the side surface 36 of the presser part 18 on the same plane.
