<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately recognize a three-dimensional (3D) view when a main image is displayed in a 3D manner by allowing a region-of-interest (ROI) to be discriminated at a glance beforehand, the ROI being provided for viewing the main image in the 3D way in 3D display after displaying a listing of thumbnail images. <P>SOLUTION: A 3D image display device comprises: a monitor 24 for displaying a listing of thumbnail images produced from a captured image, which is captured at a plurality of points of view, prior to displaying the captured image in a 3D way; an operating section 112 to which a selecting instruction is inputted for selecting any thumbnail image from the listing; a parallax amount adjusting section 74 for aligning the captured images at the plurality of points of view corresponding to the selected thumbnail image with each other in a detection region of a specific object in the captured image when the selecting instruction is inputted to display the captured image in the 3D way; and an image display control section 82 for adding into the thumbnail image detection region information indicating the detection region of the specific object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
