<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit of a vibration actuator which reduces the loss of power input to the vibration actuator, and efficiently supplies power to the vibration actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The drive unit (100) of the vibration actuator includes: primary-side inductors (311A, 311B) which are applied with voltages, transformers (31A, 31B) having secondary-side inductors (314A, 314B) which apply voltages to electromechanical energy conversion elements (41A, 41B), switching parts (34A, 34B) which switch conduction state of currents flowing between the secondary-side inductors (314A, 314B) and the electromechanical energy conversion elements (41A, 41B), and a control part (2) which switches the conduction state of currents flowing to the secondary-side inductors (314A, 314B) by using the switching parts (34A, 34B) according to directions of currents flowing to the primary-side inductors (311A, 311B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
