<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-powered remote control device configured such that a capacitor means is discharged when battery consumption advances, and a control unit is reset with certainty. <P>SOLUTION: When battery voltage reaches a set value or below, a microcomputer 12 displays a low-battery display mark in a liquid crystal panel 8. Then, the number of operations of a stop switch 5B is counted. When the number of operations reaches a set number or more, the stop mode turns on. When a device in a body 2, such as a nozzle 3, a deodorizing fan, or a pump, is operating, a light-emitting section 6 emits a stop signal for stopping the operation of the device. The light-emitting section 6 is then stopped from emitting a light signal even when an operating switch 5A is operated. Subsequently, a transistor 16 is turned ON for a predetermined amount of time, and capacitors C<SB>1</SB>and C<SB>2</SB>are discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
