<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device capable of effectively suppressing permeation of moisture or oxygen into an organic light-emitting layer via a thin film sealing layer and capable of thinning thickness as a whole, and provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device 100 includes a substrate body 111, an organic light-emitting element 70 formed on the substrate body, a moisture absorbing layer 220 formed on the substrate body and covering the organic light-emitting element, a first barrier layer 230 formed on the substrate body and covering the moisture absorbing layer, a first auxiliary barrier layer 235 formed between the moisture absorbing layer and the first barrier layer, a second barrier layer 240 formed on the substrate body and covering the first barrier layer, and a second auxiliary barrier layer 245 formed between the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
