PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency in leak inspection of a fuel cell stack.
SOLUTION: When inspection gas is supplied to the fuel cell stack 11 by a supply means 24, a temperature control means 26 controls the inspection gas to be equal to the temperature of the fuel cell stack 11 or the inspection environmental temperature. Thus, the difference in temperature between the fuel cell stack and the inspection gas is minimized or dissolved from the initial stage of the supply of inspection gas, and the time required to stabilize the pressure of the inspection gas within the fuel cell stack 11 can be consequently reduced. A temperature control thermometer 40 that is a temperature-measuring means for the inspection gas temperature adjusted by the temperature control means 26 and a pressure gauge 46 that is a pressure-measuring means for the inspection gas supplied into the fuel cell stack measure the temperature and pressure of the inspection gas respectively, and a control means 28 acquires the timing of inspection start from the degree of stability of these values.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
