ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE FOR FUEL CELL, MEMBRANE ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY FOR FUEL CELL, AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell endowed with a high proton conductivity in a non-humidifying or a low-humidifying condition, to provide a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell, and to provide a fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The electrolyte membrane 1 for the fuel cell is provided with a proton conductive electrolyte layer 2 composed of at least metal phosphate and a phosphate group, and a solid polymer electrolyte layer 3 composed of at least solid polymer electrolyte. The proton conductive electrolyte layer 2 has solid polymer electrolyte layers 3 arranged on its both faces.
