<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the existence or nonexistence of a person being left by using a monitoring camera installed in an elevator car to perform efficient operation control. <P>SOLUTION: An image of the inside of a cage including a car door 12 is photographed by a monitoring camera 21 installed in the car 11. A person detection part 23 detects a person from the image photographed by the camera 21. A person position determination part 24 determines a position of the person from a positional relationship between the person detected by the person detection part 23 and the car door 12. In the landing of the car 11, an elevator operation control part 14 determines that there is a person being left at a landing when it is determined that the person detected by the person detection part 23 is out of the car door 12 by the person position determination part 24, and a landing call of a floor in the same direction as a traveling direction is registered after the start of the travel of the car 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
