<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve startability when restarting from the automatic stopping state of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch device 12 is arranged between the engine 10 and a transmission 13, for cutting off and transmitting a motive power in response to the operation by a driver. An ECU 30 automatically stops the engine 10 when a predetermined stopping condition is realized in engine operation, and restarts the engine 10 when a predetermined restarting condition is realized after stopping its engine. The ECU 30 calculates an elapsed time from a start of restarting of the engine 10. Delay control of switching operation in the clutch device 12 is performed based on the calculated elapsed time at a predetermined time before a clutch engaging state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
