PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fear that heat generated from a light source may give adverse effect on other electronic components mounted on a flexible board while dissipation of the heat generated from the light source mounted on the flexible board is improved. SOLUTION: In a vehicular headlight 10 wherein the light source 2 is mounted on the front of a first section 1a of the flexible board 1 and a lining member 4 is connected with a rear face of the first section 1a, a heat sink 6 which is larger than the flexible board 1 is arranged at a rear side of the flexible board 1, the lining member 4 and the heat sink 6 are connected with each other, the other electronic components 3 are mounted on the front of a second section 1b arranged by separating from the first section 1a of the flexible board 1, a lining member 5 is connected with a rear face of the second section 1b, a heat shield plate 7 is arranged between the lining member 5 and the heat sink 6, and the lining member 5 and the heat sink 6 are connected with each other via the heat shield plate 7.
