<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which has an excellent load capacity and heat dissipation by a simple structure, and a photovoltaic power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module includes a solar cell panel 1 which has a light-reception surface and a non-light-reception surface positioned at the reverse surface side of the light-reception surface, and includes a plurality of solar cell elements 3 arrayed at intervals, and a support member 2 which has a first principal surface 2a coming into contact with a part of the non-light-reception surface to support the respective solar cell elements 3, a second principal surface 2b positioned at the reverse surface side of the first principal surface, and a frame 2c arranged on the first principal surface 2a and having its inner peripheral surface brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the solar cell panel 1.
