PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition for optical members, from which an adhesive for optical members having excellent coatability and transparency and almost free from optical strain with a base material and an optical member is obtained; to provide an adhesive obtained by using the composition; and to provide a touch panel obtained by using the adhesive. SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition contains: a compound having at least one photo-cation polymerizable functional group in the molecule and a viscosity of ≤200 mPa×s, as measured by using a cone rotor-type viscometer under conditions of 25°C and 10 rpm; a compound having at least one kind of structure selected from fluorene skeleton, naphthalene skeleton and biphenyl skeleton and an oxetanyl group and/or epoxy group; and a cationic polymerization initiator. The photocurable resin composition has a viscosity of 5-500 mPa×s, as measured by using a cone rotor-type viscometer under conditions of 25°C and 10 rpm and provides a cured material having a refractive index of ≥1.50 when the thickness is 50 μm.
