<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recycling domestic wastewater to a flush toilet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wastewater is stored in a water storage tank 1 to settle wastes (thrums, cotton dust, hair, soap dregs and the like) down, the supernatant wastewater 24 thereof of is introduced into a small water storage tank 7 in the water storage tank 1 from a leading end of a hose 19 with a float 21, and the water in the small water storage tank 7 is pumped up to a toilet water tank 16 while the accumulated wastes 25 are discharged together with the wastewater through a drain pipe 4 in the lower part of the water storage tank to a sewer pipe 6.
