PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a user of a warm water washing toilet seat device sometimes feels discomfortable because warm water is splashed by the occurrence of the irregular jet of the warm water, when a jet of air accumulated in an upper portion in a warm water tank is emitted with the warm water from a nozzle through a warm water lead-out pipe, during buttocks washing operation or bidet washing, in a system which emits the jet of warm water from the buttocks washing nozzle or the bidet washing nozzle by running water pressure imposed on the inside of the warm water tank. SOLUTION: An air release passage is provided separately from a passage for supplying the warm water in the warm water tank to the buttocks washing nozzle or the bidet washing one. When a seating switch is operated or when a buttocks washing starting command or a bidet washing starting command is issued, a solenoid valve is operated for a predetermined time, so that the warm water can be discharged together with the air, accumulated in the upper portion in the warm water tank, into a toilet bowl from the air vent passage.
