PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated high-strength hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet superior in press formability, which does not cause die galling and can be press-formed stably for a long period of time. SOLUTION: In the resin-coated high-strength hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet superior in press formability, the ratioζ/δ1 of peak intensities of theζphase to theδ1 phase in the hot-dip galvannealed layer by an X-ray diffraction analysis is 0.22-0.70, and PPI/25μinch after having been coated with an organic resin film is 200 or less.
