<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the yield of a molding while suppressing maintenance expense for molding dies without quickening the deterioration of the molding dies used in circulation and repetition. <P>SOLUTION: In a molding apparatus 101A having a constitution that molding is performed by circulating a plurality of molding dies 131 by connecting between a molding section 1 and a mold detaching section 5 with an outlet conveyor 2, a front rail 3 and an inlet conveyor 4 in a loop, the molding section 1 being charged with a molding die 131 mounted with a molding material 134 and molding an optical element 135 and the mold detaching section 5 interchanging the molding material 134 and the optical element 135 in the molding die 131, an inspection section 8 to determine the quality of the optical element 135 when interchanging and a mold discharge stage 11 to remove the molding dies 131 used for molding the optical element 135 determined as a defective product from a circulation route are arranged. The deterioration of the molding dies 131 used for molding the optical element 135 is detected by determining the quality of the optical element 135 in every interchanging in the mold detaching section 5 in an early stage and then the load of maintenance is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
