<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide evaluating peptide of high reliability and general-purpose properties for evaluating the pretreatment efficiency in the quantification of protein using a mass analyzer, artificial standard protein containing the evaluating peptide and a protein quantifying method using the artificial standard protein. <P>SOLUTION: Peptide, which does not coincide with protein present in nature and its variant, comprises an amino acid sequence for being detected by mass analysis and includes an amino acid recognized by protease, is selected to be used as the evaluating peptide for quantifying protein using the mass analyzer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
