<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility trouble treatment history collecting method and its device. <P>SOLUTION: Trouble information from a PLC and recovery operation history information are collected by an external PC, then a control signal to be used for trouble analysis is automatically extracted/registered from its result. Thereby, a recovery operation method at the trouble recovery which is a recovery process operation as a result of confirming a cause of a trouble by an eye of an operator, is made to be automatically collected as information for specifying a troubled portion at the trouble. An I/O control signal caused by the trouble is specified from the acquired operation information, then automatically registered as an abnormal pattern item of a signal at the trouble. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
