<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target information processing apparatus displaying the latest information of target information as well as past history information of the target information. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus 11 includes: a data storage part 111 which successively stores target information acquired from the outside as history information of the target information every time the target information is acquired; and a control device 12 which enables an operator to select at least the target information to be displayed on a display device 13 and an acquisition period of the target information and specify them as display setting information. When the target information is displayed on the display device 13, as for the specified target information, the history information of the target information included in a period specified by the acquisition period is extracted on the basis of the display setting information specified by the control device 12, from the history information stored in the data storage part 111 and edited as display data, and the display data are displayed on the display device 13.
