<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a sound environment in the life of a user from a database, and to prompt the user to communicate with another user living in a sound environment similar to that of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A voice selection part 104 selects, from a voice information database 120, user unique information, current user position information, and voice information correlated with a period in which the user is positioned in the current position, acquired by a user information acquiring part 101, a position acquiring part 102 and a period acquiring part 103, respectively. A retrieval part 105 retrieves other users with the similar voice information selected from the voice information database 120. A transmission part 106 transmits display information for displaying information on the other users, to an output device 130.
