PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an intuitive and speedy input operation with minimized false recognition.

SOLUTION: A holding part 130 holds a set of rhythm pattern to be used as reference data to be collated with a rhythm pattern formed by two or more user input operations and specific processing content. A receiving part 122 receives a set of specific rhythm pattern and specific processing content to be registered to the holding part 130. A registration determination part 124 determines whether to register the received set to the holding part 130 in reference to the rhythm patterns already registered in the holding part 130.
