<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique with which a hearing aid can be set readily. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes a receiving unit 10 which receives input from a user; an output unit 42 (52, 53) which outputs an inspection sound for hearing ability inspection; an inspection sound output control unit 100 which controls output from the output unit 42 (52, 53) for the inspection sound; a hearing ability measurement unit 110 which measures hearing ability on the basis of input from the user received via the reception unit 10, as a response to the inspection sound output from the output unit 42 (52, 53); a set value generating unit 120, which generates a set value of the hearing aid, on the basis of the measurement result obtained by the hearing ability measurement unit 110; and a set value output unit 130, which controls output of the set value generated by the set value generation unit 120 to the hearing aid.
