<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solvent dispersion and a resin composition forming a resin molded product which has high transparency and a low water-absorbing property and in which degradation, such as shape distortion or a crack is less likely to occur; the resin molded product; and a method for producing the resin molded product. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic solvent dispersion contains at least a mercapto group-containing compound and inorganic nanoparticles with an average particle diameter of 1-20 nm in the dispersion medium, 2-60 mass% of the mercapto group-containing compound being contained based on the inorganic nanoparticles.
