PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens (102) that enables both rough adjustment and fine adjustment of focusing and enables each adjustment work to be easily made in a short period time. SOLUTION: The imaging lens includes: a lens (251); a lens barrel (202) supporting it; a ring (203) that is rotatably disposed in the lens barrel and rotated when the lens is moved on an optical axis (CL); a worm portion (205) that has a worm ring or part of it which is rotated integrally with the ring; a shaft (206) having a worm gear (206d) engaged with the teeth of the worm portion; a gear support portion (207a) pivotally supporting the shaft; a seat portion (207d) that is connected to the gear support portion via a connecting portion (A) and supports the gear support portion so that the gear support portion can be deformed with the connecting portion as a fulcrum; and regulating means (207e to 207g) that regulate the position of the gear support portion relative to the seat portion and maintain a first position where the worm portion and the worm gear are engaged with each other and a second position where they are disengaged from each other.
