PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a bridge circuit using magnetoresistive elements and transducer elements, an offset voltage is generated in a signal output and lowers a measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: There has been a problem that in the bridge circuit using the magnetoresistive elements and the transducer elements, the offset voltage is generated in the signal output and lowers the measurement accuracy. To solve the problem, the offset voltage has been eliminated by exciting half-bridges comprising the magnetoresistive elements and the transducer elements by different excitation voltages respectively to improve the measurement accuracy.
