<p>The station has a generator arrangement including an electrical double rotor generator with an outer rotor and an inner rotor. A wind turbine (20) is coupled to the outer rotor, and a water turbine (30) is coupled to the inner rotor of the generator or in reverse. The wind turbine and the water turbine are connected with a supporting device (40) so that the water turbine is driven by the surrounding water flow and the wind turbine is driven by the surrounding air flow. The water turbine has a sealed container filled with air. The wind turbine has a sealed container filled with gas e.g. helium.</p>
