<p>The present invention relates to a current collector for a rail vehicle, comprising a pantograph (13), the width can be adapted to at least two different power transmission systems, having one or more pantograph wear strips (12a, 12b), a strap arrangement (14), which has a horn (2a, 2b) at each end, wherein the horns (2a, 2b) can be displaced opposite with respect to each other and transversely to the direction of travel, and a setting device (4), by which the distance between the horns (2a, 2b) transversely to the direction of travel can be varied. In order to reduce the design and control complexity, according to the invention it is proposed to use the pantograph wear strips (12a, 12b) of at least one set for at least two power system-dependent pantograph widths, to form the strap arrangement (14) from a single strap (1), to displace the two horns (2a, 2b) along a common axis symmetrically to one another such that the strap (1) can be used for at least two power system-dependent pantograph widths, and to associate the setting device (4) with the strap (1) and equip it with at least one fluid-operated cylinder-piston arrangement (5, 5a, 5b) and at least one return spring (6, 6a, 6b) interacting therewith.</p> |
