摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lithium secondary battery excellent in high performance, high energy density, and, moreover, high load characteristics, while preventing the occurrence of a short circuit in a battery during assembling the battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the lithium secondary battery in which there are provided a cathode layer having as an active material a metal oxide containing at least lithium or a metal oxide, an anode layer having as an active material a LI metal, a Li alloy or a carbon material, and an electrolyte solution and a polymer electrolyte layer arranged between the above layers, the cathode layer and/or the anode layer contains a polymer electrolyte matrix layer containing the electrolyte solution and polymer, and an ion conductivity of the polymer electrolyte composing the polymer electrolyte layer is lower than that of the polymer electrolyte composing the polymer electrode matrix layer, and moreover the polymer electrolyte contains a polymer fiber or a fine porous film separator having air-permeability of 1-500 sec/cm<SP>3</SP>, and, furthermore, the polymer fiber or fine porus film separator is composed of polypropylene fiber, polyethylene fiber or polyester fiber, and, moreover, the polymer electrolyte layer is composed of an ion conductive polymer and the polymer fiber or fine porous film separator, and a weight ratio between the ion conductive polymer and the polymer fiber or fine porous film separator is 91:9 to 50:50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
