<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter having such surface strength that when the color filter is produced by a roll-to-roll system, a colored pixel is not damaged even if the surface of the colored pixel constituting the color filter is contacted/rubbed with a roll. <P>SOLUTION: A base material of the color filter is obtained by patterning a black matrix and colored pixels on a transparent base material to be bent flexibly. The black matrix is composed of two or more layers and is characterized in that the content of a pigment comprising the black matrix in the lowermost layer is higher than that of the pigment in the uppermost layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
