<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a vehicle to a parking target position without generating a track shift in time of movement while reducing a movement time to the parking target position of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When automatically controlling driving/braking and steering of one's own vehicle to move the own vehicle to the parking target position along a guiding track, a parking support controller 1 variably controls a control vehicle speed (an upper limit speed) according to a steering angle speed of the own vehicle, and sets the control vehicle speed according to the steering angle speed in each position on a guiding route such that the control vehicle speed becomes low in a position wherein the steering angle speed becomes large on the guiding track and that the control vehicle speed becomes high in a position wherein the steering angle speed becomes small. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
