<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the initialization of an electronic apparatus in a conventional manner is not favorable in terms of usability since, in the initialization, it is inconvenient that an initialization work has to be performed after starting the electronic apparatus once, taking time and labor, and useless time is required when the starting itself takes much time, or a user cannot change setting with other kinds of conventional technique. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a mechanical history switch, for example, for changing a contact position even when the electronic apparatus is not energized. The switch is set to a contact position (a) during the usage of a userα, for example. When the user is changed, a room keeper, etc., switches the contact position of the switch into (b) without starting the electronic apparatus.
