<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: the light of a LED lamp or the like cannot be so successfully dimmed as in that of an incandescent lamp by using a familiar triac type dimmer. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current load circuit is connected to the output of the dimmer.
