PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration sheet and a wooden plate stably exhibiting anti-allergen performance, reducing the use amount of anti-allergen agent to reduce cost, and improving the productivity of a wooden plate, and to provide a method of manufacturing the decoration sheet and the wooden plate.
