PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a decrease in efficiency of work of attaching/detaching a decorative cover to/from a base member. SOLUTION: A toilet seat device A includes: the base member 10 to be attached to an upper surface of a pedestal part C of a toilet body B; a toilet seat part 14 swingably supported by the base member 10; a decorative cover 16 which is removably attached to the base member 10 and covers a functional member placed below the upper surface of the pedestal part C; and a speaker 40 directly attached to the base member 10.
