PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tube with a connector, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, capable of shortening a manufacturing process, and capable of restraining a fluid from being leaked out. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the ink supply tube 12 with the connector 110 uses a technique including a mold clamping process for attaching and mold-clamping an end part 100A of an elastic tube 100 under the condition where a core pin 210 is inserted into an ink channel 101 of the end part 100A, with respect to a molding die 200 provided with the bent core pin 210 for forming the ink channel and having a cavity 201 along a shape of the connector 110, a molding process for injecting a liquid-like resin material into the cavity 201, to be solidified, after the mold clamping process, and a mold opening process for opening the mold-clamped molding die 200, to take out the connector 110 molded in the end part 100A, after the molding process, and for extracting the core pin 210.
