<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and efforts of user management when an OS environment is used according to a plurality of utilization purposes at one client terminal. <P>SOLUTION: This client terminal includes an executing section, a terminal managing section, a network interface section, and an input/output section. The terminal managing section includes at least a terminal management recording section, an executing object managing section, a user managing section, and a user interface section. The terminal management recording section stores the using mode management information for associating at least an executing object, context identification information, and user interface information with one another, context management information for associating the context identification information with credential, and the credential used for authentication to a device of a connection destination. The user managing section includes a holder confirming means and a credential selecting means.
