PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a fiber-reinforced composite material beam having a part, in which the number of sheets of lamination in a laminated body of a reinforcing fiber sheet is changed and the thickness is changed in the longitudinal direction, into a desired form easily and precisely. SOLUTION: The method for producing the fiber-reinforced composite material beam having a T-shape part on the traverse cross-section and having a part in which the thickness is changed in the longitudinal direction comprises: (a) a preliminary molded body producing process for producing a preliminary molded body 1 including the T-shape part formed by arranging two laminated bodies 2a, 2b of reinforcing fiber sheets having L-shape parts back to back to each other, having the part in which the number of sheets of lamination of a laminated body of a reinforcing fiber sheet is changed and having the curvature radius R1 of the valley side of a bending part of L-shape part, which is constant in the longitudinal direction; and (b) a curvature radius-changed molded body molding process for molding a curvature radius-changed molded body 10 in which the curvature radius R2 on a thicker part of the preliminary molded body 1 is made to be smaller than the curvature radii in other parts by bringing a vertical part 5 in the T-shape part approximate toward a horizontal part 6 on the thicker part of the preliminary molded body 1.
