摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage management system capable of suppressing a voltage variation across a unit storage battery and a storage battery module within a predetermined range, reducing consumption power in a protection circuit, and management usage power in an electric apparatus and storage volume in a storage unit. SOLUTION: The storage control system is constituted of the storage battery module 108, a controller 110, a power-supplying unit to loads 114, and a power source 116. The storage battery module 108 is formed of a connection of a plurality of unit storage battery packs 107 equipped with a protection-circuit substrate 106 having a unit storage battery 102, a temperature sensor 105, a voltage sensor 103, and a current sensor 104; and a serial communication unit 109 collecting detection data from these sensors, and transmitting them. The power source 116 has a charger 101 for charging the unit storage battery 102. The controller 110 receives the detection data to control the output of a warning signal and the stoppage of discharge, and to control the balancing operation of the voltage across the unit storage battery 102.
