PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation system of a rainfall distribution and an estimation method of the rainfall distribution having a constitution for estimating accurately the rainfall distribution. SOLUTION: This estimation system 1 of the rainfall distribution includes an MP (Multi-Parameter) radar rainfall measuring means 2, a conversion means 3 for converting an MP radar rainfall into a conventional rainfall grating 1 km, a space low-pass filter 4, and a correction coefficient imparting means (regression analysis-quality control) 5. The system 1 also includes a conventional radar rainfall measuring means 6, and a space low-pass filter 7, and data after filter processing are transmitted to the correction coefficient imparting means 5. The MP radar rainfall and a conventional radar rainfall are corrected by a dynamic correction means 8, and an MP-conventional synthetic rainfall (MP-JMA synthetic rainfall) is generated by an MP-conventional synthetic rainfall generation means 9.
