PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of service sharing among a plurality of portable terminals and securing confidentiality of services by radio communication, in service sharing at a vehicle cabin in a vehicle. SOLUTION: An onboard device 100 is used to share Bluetooth linkage services among a plurality of mobile phone terminals 200 at a vehicle cabin in a vehicle 1. A function restriction processing unit 101b exerts control to restrict sharing of services sharable among the plurality of mobile phone terminals 200, based on function restriction information stored at a function restriction list file managed by a function restriction list file management unit 102. Restriction of sharing of sharable services is performed by a user setting made at each mobile phone terminal 200 and/or an automatic setting by the function restriction processing unit 101b according to a service under execution at each mobile phone terminal 200.
