摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of interfaces for positioning a radiation source in a radiographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The radiographic apparatus includes the radiation source 16; a radiation detecting means; a radiographic element mounting part in which the radiation source 16 is mounted; first, second and third drive parts 33, 43 and 52 for moving the radiographic element mounting part in three-dimensional directions; and a rotationally holding means for switching the position of the radiographic element mounted part held in a guide mechanism to a plurality of rotational positions to change the direction of the radiation exposure axis. The radiographic apparatus also includes: first operating parts 21 and 91 and second operating parts 22 and 92 for adjusting the direction and quantity of driving of one or two of the first-third driving parts 33, 43 and 53; a rotation position detecting means 64 for detecting the rotation position of the radiographic element mounting part; and a control means 30 for selecting a target driving part to be operated from the first-third driving parts 33, 43 and 53, for the first operating parts 21 and 91 and the second operating parts 22 and 92 to adjust the direction and quantity of driving, respectively.
