PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixing device suppressing a sense of incongruity and a feeling of discomfort imparted to the user while enabling the correction of the deviation of the temperature of discharge water. SOLUTION: This hot and cold water mixing device (1) for mixing hot and cold water supplied thereto and discharging the mixture, includes a temperature set operating part (6) for setting a discharge water temperature, a mixing valve (12) for mixing hot and cold water and discharging the mixture, a temperature sensor (28) for detecting the temperature of the hot water, and a controller (26) for controlling the mixing valve. The controller comprises a temperature correction part (26a) which calculates the correction amount of a control signal for each temperature set value based on the difference between the temperature set value and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor. The correction is reflected on the temperature of the actually discharged hot water after the discharge of water is next started or the set temperature is changed from the other temperature set value to the temperature set value compensated by the correction amount.
