PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current circuit requiring no start circuit, and for reducing a circuit scale. SOLUTION: A depletion type NMOS transistor ND1 whose gate and source are connected flows a start current for starting a constant current circuit to the gates of an NMOS transistor N2 and the NMO transistor NL3, thereby making it unnecessary to provide any start circuit for starting the constant current circuit to reduce the circuit scale of the constant current circuit.
