<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix and release a box body for packaging an article and a pallet member easily, while preventing a damage to a cargo handling apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A enclosure box 120 covers an base member 130 which is placed on a pallet member 110. A sheet member 140 covers the member 110 wholly at a position higher than the contact face with a fork member F. The upward projecting parts 142, 142 of the member 140 are folded toward the enclosure box 120 side and a joint member 150 is inserted communicatively through the insertion holes 143, 143 formed in the parts 142, 142 and the through holes 127, and 127 at the bottom end of the enclosure box 120 for joining the base member 130 and the enclosure box 120 by operating the joint member 150 from outside.
