<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of evaporating moisture in a treated object comparatively in a short time, and saving energy with a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This drying device 10 includes a belt conveyor 14 having a transporting belt 12 on which the treated object is loaded, and a motor 13 as a driving means for rotating the transporting belt 12 on which the treated object is loaded, in a specific direction, a plurality of pressure rollers 15 arranged at an upper part of the transporting belt 12 for rolling the treated object transported in a state of being loaded on the transporting belt 12, and a belt heating means 16 disposed in a state of being kept into face-contact with a part of an inner peripheral face of the transporting belt 12 to increase a temperature of the transporting belt 12, in a horizontally-long box-shaped casing 11. Stirring means 21 for stirring the treated object transported in a state of being loaded on the transporting belt 12 are respectively disposed at a downstream side (direction of arrow X) of the pressure rollers 12, and air distributing means 31 for blowing off hot air to the treated object are disposed at their downstream side (direction of arrow X).
