<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature liquefied gas delivery device capable of efficiently performing delivery operation of low temperature liquefied gas with a simple device constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This low temperature liquefied gas delivery device has a delivery pipe 22 for delivering the low temperature liquefied gas connected to and stored in a storage tank 10, and a loading arm 24 connected to the delivery pipe 22. The storage tank 10 is provided with a boil-off gas blowing-in pipe 42 for blowing boil-off gas in liquid, and a cutoff valve 34 is installed just near a tip part on the anti-delivery pipe 22 side of the loading arm 24, and the boil-off gas generated by vaporizing the low temperature liquefied gas in the delivery pipe 22 and the loading arm 24, is sent back and liquefied again in the liquid of the storage tank 10 via a boil-off gas collecting line 40 connected to the boil-off gas blowing-in pipe 42.
