<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device capable of displaying the occurrence of interference and preventing erroneous marking operation when a condition is established which is presumable for the occurrence of interference between the laser marking device and a light receiving device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laser marking device forms a pair with a light receiving device 10 which receives laser light from a laser marking device body 50 at an irradiated body side and detects a deviation direction of a light receiving position to a light receiving reference position. The laser marking device body and the light receiving device include communication devices which allow the devices to communicate with each other, the light receiving device includes a control part which transmits an interference alarm signal by receiving a confirming signal from the laser marking device body and not receiving the laser light, and the laser marking device body includes a control part which displays an alarm of the occurrence of interference on a display element by receiving the interference alarm signal.
